Today Allegra Homes is dedicated to developing and building residential communities. They have exceptional projects throughout the GTA, and are committed to continuing doing so. Their history stems back to over 40 years ago when they began as a family company, but they didn’t begin building homes. They started by mostly building for private companies. In the beginning they built office buildings, plazas, and commercial space. All sorts of stuff indeed!

It started as the Windsor Public House in the 1900’s, but in the 1970’s it was changed to the Blue Goose Tavern. Located on the eponymously named Blue Goose Avenue, Allegra has put forth a proposal to building condos on top of the Blue Goose Tavern while maintaining its facade. The development would add more density to the booming Mimico area.
