Greenpark Homes is an experienced developer founded in 1967. They are a diverse form, having experience building townhomes, single-family homes and high-rise condominium buildings. The culmination of their experience and expertise has led them to become one of Canada’s largest home builders, with over 55,000 homes in the Greater Toronto Area.

None of it could have happened without their founder Carlo Baldassarra. Carlo emigrated to Canada from Italy at the age of 19 in 1958. Always passionate about building, Carlo’s first job was as a carpenter, but his ambition and excellent business skills would drive him to expand. Looking toward the future, he formed Greenpark Homes in 1967.Carlo brought his beliefs about family and community engagement into his business. His development company is now run in collaboration with his sons Mauro, Armando and Michael, who are all part of the senior executive team. He has also contributed to the community by hosting the Touched with Hope Gala, at which Carlo donated $1 million to the Markham Stouffville Hospital’s ultrasound centre. Greenpark is proud to pass down the notions of family traditions and business values as they progress into the next generation of their company.
