About the project
Malvern Town Centre Condos is a new Condominium development by Davpart in Scarborough, Toronto.
The project will add significant housing, retail and public space to help animate and add density to the growing Scarborough region.
The first phase in this master-planned community will consist of a 39-storey condo (31-storey tower on top of an 8-storey base building) and 32 storey condo (24-storey tower on top of an 8-storey base building). Both buildings will contain retail uses on the ground floor, with residential use on the remaining levels.
An open public space will run diagonally across the centre of the block. It will function as a new mid-block connection while providing landscaped areas for the community to gather and socialize.
These first two towers would combine for 877 condominium units, consisting of 38 studios, 488 one-bedrooms, 269 two-bedrooms and 82 three-bedroom units.
